3. the Knowledge on the solution needs to be transferred to them by trainings and coaching.

4. The operational context of integrating this innovation in their daily activities need to be created.

5. The context not to fall back in the old comfort zone and technology.  The permanent involvement and guidance in new features and value, is key to make this solution sustainable.

Our change managers define programs to make this happen.  We define 3 levels to make change programs a succes:

1. the change program itself with the interactions, trainings, coaching, communication etc.

2. the change management: as change is a project, this needs project management, planning, scope and follow up.

3. the change integration: a change program is part of the entire program where alignment between the different projects is a key factor.
